I have already heard from a lot of very helpful people from all over the world who have helped me to find these types of little errors, and it has made the book much better than it would have been without this help, and I really appreciate it.
I also appreciate all the people out there who already purchased the book with their hard earned money. You can grab the latest copy during the free preview if you would like.
I do know that times are tough for a lot of people, and not everyone can afford it, so I want everyone to have a chance to read it.
I think that the book is in pretty good shape right now, but as a software engineer, I know there is always some small "bug" that is hard to find.
In the software world this is know as Linus's Law (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linus%27s_Law). The law states that "given enough eyeballs, all bugs are shallow"; or more formally: "Given a large enough beta-tester and co-developer base, almost every problem will be characterized quickly and the fix will be obvious to someone."
So, if you do see any problems, please shoot me an e-mail. I will include your name in the acknowledgement section, and will be eternally grateful for your help!
Also, be sure and tell your chess friends, and you are welcome to leave a comment on the amazon page when you have a chance!
I've heard from people from all over the world that they really like the book, and that it has helped their chess game, and I would love to know what you think as well!
Thanks for your support!
